SWEDA offers a wide range of support and training for clients looking for work or simply to improve their skills. We offer the following services:
- IAG (Information Advice and Guidance) sessions which are arranged with an employment adviser
- An assessment needs analysis complete with an action plan to ensure correct advice and support
- Advice on training courses accredited and non-accredited provided by SWEDA
- Self development / employability workshops
- SWEDA job club weekly on Thursday afternoons 1pm – 4pm by appointment
These services are supported by various funding streams which include:
- SMBC Service Level Agreement
- Welfare & Benefits Advice

- NLDC (Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities)
