By signing up to the Community Led Business support Project, I hereby grant permission to SWEDA to use my likeness, voice, and/or name in any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media captured during activities for use in promotional materials. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Printed publications
- Social media posts
- Website content
- News articles
- Television and radio broadcasts
- Other promotional media
I understand that these materials will become the property of SWEDA and will not be returned. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these materials.
Opt-Out Clause
Consent is assumed unless I choose to withdraw it. If at any time I wish to opt out or withdraw my consent, I must notify SWEDA in writing at: The Business Centre, Church Street, West Bromwich, B70 8RP. Upon receipt of my request, SWEDA will ensure that my likeness, voice, or name is not used in any future promotional materials. I understand that materials already published or in circulation cannot be withdrawn.
Release
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless SWEDA, its employees, contractors, and representatives from all claims, demands, or causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, or any persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate may have arising from this authorization.
Marketing Consent
I agree that SWEDA may contact me with marketing materials to keep me informed about events, training, and other opportunities that may benefit me and my business.

How We Keep Your Data Safe
Paper records will be stored securely in locked cabinets accessible only to authorised staff. Electronic data will be stored on secure, password-protected systems or within Microsoft Cloud services.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Your data will be retained in line with funder requirements or for up to 7 years after the project has ended, after which it will be securely destroyed or deleted.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you or request its deletion by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
